Stop Spam Email

i always get spam junk mail sent to me by former friend how can i stop this junk mail? please help

Can any of you techies out there tell me how to stop or at least cut down on the spam mail in my spam box.
I seem to spend too much time constantly deleting them..it gets to be ridiculous some days with hundreds of them…..thanks

My email account has been sending out spam to all of the people on my contact list. I am not sending these. How do I get it to stop?

I receive junk mail all the time, how come it’s not sent to my bulk email. Then once I mark an email spam & still continue to get the same email from the same persons. I thought once marked spam it is then blocked.

How can I stop this one outfit from sending me 5 to 10 emails aday of spam in my inbox even after I’ve spent two weeks trying to get them to stop,thay even emailed me saying thay would,but did not.

The address has 3 digits at the end. everytime one is blocked they change a digit and get through again!

i always get spam sent to my yahoo mail account from two different senders. i do not even know how i started getting these messages, but now they come often.
they do always go to my spam folder though.
is there any way to get these messages to stop completely? thanks.

Think about it….if we all hit ‘reply’ and and ask for more information would the spammers not be overwhelmed with emails such that they would not be able to filter their marks from the ‘reply spam’.
That is the conventional wisdom, however, I never respond to spam yet I still get tons of spam. Maybe we need to rethink that strategy?

I’m sick of turning on my PC in a morning and finding emails headed up with things like “sister ra’ped in toilet”. It’s sick and offensive and I don’t know how stop it. I’ve done the whole “this is spam” and “block sender” bit in my email settings but I’m still getting loads. How did they even get my email addresses????
Sorry for being thick but where’s the spam filter and how do I turn it on?? I use Microsoft Office Express 6.
