Stop Spam Email

Usually I log on to check my inbox and maybe write a new email. Recently when I open Mail, there’s always an empty template (as if I’d pressed on “compose”), which I don’t want. Can I turn it off?

Could it be my wireless connection? Or Thunderbird? I’m talking hundreds a minute.
Mail is coming into the inbox every second and I can’t stop it. I have scanned for viruses and run anti-spy ware sweep. This is on my boyfriend’s computer and it is new and it looks like he hadn’t updated his anti-virus software in days. It must be a virus but I couldn’t find it.

i have 20,000 emails spaning 5 yrs in my inbox
need to delete all the junk I let accumulate but I dont want to lose past contacts and emials I may or may not need again at some point. can anyone help me

How can I stop this one outfit from sending me 5 to 10 emails aday of spam in my inbox even after I’ve spent two weeks trying to get them to stop,thay even emailed me saying thay would,but did not.

Every day I get junk mail passing into my inbox. It’s happening more and more lately. I have done a lot of free advertising on the internet. Is this where my e-mail address is being seen and abused. How can I stop this.

I receive a lot of junk emails in my inbox, that I wish to stop receiving . Also, for example last year I bought some tickets from stubhub and to this day I still get emails such as shows coming up, and every time I register from something I uncheck or check that little box saying that I do not wish to receive emails from offers, etc.

Help! I’ve been using spamguard plus and blocking addresses but they must have a billion. I’m almost full of blocked addresses and then what? Lately they are coming to my inbox and this just isn’t funny!

What is the best way to stop spam email from msn and yahoo email accounts? Help. I am not that techy.

Using Outlook 03 on an exchange server. I’m unable to e-mail myself, whether To or Cc or Bcc. E-mails show up in sent items but never appear in my inbox or junk mail. I have already checked my blocked e-mails and my e-mail is not on the list. I’m having no trouble getting e-mails from our domain or outside.
My e-mail is not on the blocked e-mail list.
I’m the only one on the domain with the issue.
