ok 7 months ago i allowed my friend move in. she had no place to live and no money. she told my husband and i that she needed a place to stay for a couple of months. we told her that she could move in for a couple of months so she could get a job and start saving money. well its been 7 months and she still hasn’t saved a dime. she spends her money on cigs and junk. she has falled to try to get her own place. she takes 30 min showers and trashes my house. my problem is there was no lease. no agreement or money exchanged for rent and she has never received any type of mail at my house. last month i gave her 30 days to find another place to live. well the 30 days is up in 5 days but i cant take her anymore. can i kick her out with out with out having to evicting her.
a broken mailbox that is causing scratches on their car. My mailbox is brand new and install by usps standards. I have no control of the person who owes the mailbox that is giving them trouble. I live in a rural area so my neighbors are not close and I have no idea who they are. I can see them stopping the mail of the person who has the broken mailbox, why are they stopping my mail.
I got another letter for my sister-in-law today … problem is she died over 10 years ago — she stayed at my house in the early 90’s and must have ordered something in the mail and got put on a mailing list — I was just wondering is there any way to stop get mail addressed to her?… thanks

We have been living in our new home for 2 years. We bought it from the original owner who built the home. Now all of a sudden we are getting mail for an Ex-wife of 5 years ago that never did or ever will live at this house. Is she using our address? Is this illegal? Are credit companies making assumptions that they may be together still? How can I have this stopped?

I make my credit card payments online through the issuing bank’s website. Despite this fact, I still receive statements in the mail. Is it possible to ask my bank to stop mailing statements to me?

Sometimes my mail ends up at family members home even though i have never lived with them or have never listed there address as mine…why does it happen and how do you stop it from happening?
I keep getting mail from sex and singles websites i have not requested them and everytime i block them they change their domain just enough that it gets through it is being sent to my spam folder but I dont want to receive it period. I’ve tried email them by replying to the email to ask them to stop but it comes back as undelieverable. I’m a happiley engaged christin woman and I would like for this to stop. Help Please.
I know this guy that’s a real jerk, so I want to get him back by ordering free magazines to his house, hoping that the free magazine companies give his address to more companies that mail junkmail. Believe me, he deserves much much worse.
