Stop Spam Email

I’m sick of turning on my PC in a morning and finding emails headed up with things like “sister ra’ped in toilet”. It’s sick and offensive and I don’t know how stop it. I’ve done the whole “this is spam” and “block sender” bit in my email settings but I’m still getting loads. How did they even get my email addresses????
Sorry for being thick but where’s the spam filter and how do I turn it on?? I use Microsoft Office Express 6.

We have Microsoft Outlook Express and recieve about 30 unsolicited messages everyday, mostly about making money.

i am sick now, i get about 30 stupid emails per day on microsoft, what type of file do i look for to delete on my computer to stop this???
sorry, should have explained better. it is my outlook email. i don’t give it out or use it to subscribe, ever. it is only for family and friends.

My company uses Microsoft Outlook 2003 and Microsoft Exchange.

Within outlook I’ve gone to

Tools -> Options -> Preferences -> Junk E-mail

“No Automatic Filtering. …”

Is selected. There are no entries in the “Blocked Senders” tab. But still outlook sometimes “junks” normal email, even from my coworkers and sometimes my mail to other coworkers is “junked” in their outlook also. This has nothing to do with BCC lists or large distributions. It can happen when there is only one recipient. It seems like Outlook wants to control my inbox without the ability to disable it.

I have the junk email filter set to high.
I always add senders of junk email to the blocked senders list (does it get full?).
I have Kaspersky Anti-Virus.
My email is my work email, which I have used for very few things (when asked for an email address), and they are always well known sites.
The emails will always be like a bunch together with the same subjects. The names are strange and the email addresses are always different, a lot of them have legit domain names.
I used to only get a couple a day as they usually automatically went into the junk email filter (around100 of them), now like 20-30 are getting through.
It is very annoying, help!!
By the way, I work at a small company with no main server, we each take care of our own computer.
A lot of these are porn or pharmaceutical scam related emails. I will not click on anything in them. They do not have opt-out options.
